India’s Clear Stand Against Terrorism

In his address, PM Modi emphasized India’s unwavering stance against terrorism. He said, “India’s Laxman Rekha against terrorism is crystal clear now. If another terror attack occurs now, India will give a reply, a solid reply. We saw this during the surgical strike. Now, Operation Sindoor is India’s new normal. Like I said on Monday night, India has decided on three points. First, if there is a terrorist attack on India, we will give a reply in our way, on our condition, at our time. Second, India will not tolerate any nuclear blackmail. Third, we will not see terror-supporting government and terror masterminds as separate entities. The world, too, is going ahead by understanding India’s new form, its new system.”

Praise for Operation Sindoor

The Prime Minister praised the armed forces for their decisive actions during Operation Sindoor, which he described as a major step forward in India’s counter-terrorism efforts. He remarked, “Operation Sindoor is no ordinary operation. It is our policy, intent and decisiveness to give a befitting reply to Pakistan’s act of terror on Indian soil.”

Saluting the Spirit of Soldiers

PM Modi took the opportunity to salute the spirit of the armed forces, who are always ready to lay down their lives for the country. He expressed his admiration with the statement, “Bharat Mata ki jai maidaan mein bhi goonjti hai aur mission mein bhi. This slogan is the resolve of every soldier who is ready to sacrifice his/her life for the country. It is the voice of every citizen who wants to live or do something for the country.”

Strategic Significance of Adampur Base

The Adampur Air Force Station, located just 25 kilometers from Jalandhar, has always been a key player in India’s defense strategy, particularly due to its proximity to the international border with Pakistan. It played a significant role in ensuring air defense during the ongoing conflict with Pakistan, underscoring India’s readiness to respond swiftly to any threats. The strategic location of Adampur highlights India's commitment to maintaining a robust defense posture and its determination to safeguard national security.

A Message to the Nation

Prime Minister Modi’s visit to the Adampur Air Force Station sends a clear and powerful message to both the citizens of India and the international community. His statements reaffirm India’s unwavering commitment to combating terrorism and upholding national security at all costs. The Prime Minister's direct engagement with the armed forces further underlines the government’s strong support and recognition of their tireless efforts in defending the country.

Conclusion

PM Modi's visit to the Adampur Air Force Station and his bold statements about India’s new approach to counterterrorism mark a significant moment in the nation's defense and foreign policy. With Operation Sindoor as the new standard, India has made it clear that it will not tolerate acts of terror and will respond decisively when necessary. The Prime Minister's words resonated with the nation’s commitment to safeguarding its sovereignty and peace, while also strengthening the morale of the armed forces.
