India’s Long-Range Pinaka Rocket Test Marks a New Era in Indigenous Firepower

India has achieved a significant milestone in its journey toward defence self-reliance with the successful maiden test of the Long-Range Pinaka Guided Rocket (LRGR-120). Conducted from the Integrated Test Range at Chandipur in Odisha, the test validated India’s ability to strike targets with precision at a range of 120 kilometres, strengthening the Indian Army’s long-range artillery capabilities.
